Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Oxford
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.

Shift Pattern:

  • 4 on / 4 off rotation
  • Includes both day and night shifts


Working Hours:

  • Days: 06:00 – 18:30
  • Nights: 18:00 – 06:30


Pay Rates:

  • Days: £13.83 per hour
  • Nights: £15.55 per hour
  • Overtime (Time and a Half): £20.75 per hour


Key Responsibilities for a Helpdesk Administrator:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently
  • Logging and updating jobs on the helpdesk system
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
  • Ensuring all requests are handled within agreed timeframes
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times


Requirements for a Helpdesk Administrator:

  • Previous helpdesk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including nights
  • A valid DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)


Training:

  • Full training will be provided during your first week
