Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Oxford
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Shift Pattern:
- 4 on / 4 off rotation
- Includes both day and night shifts
Working Hours:
- Days: 06:00 – 18:30
- Nights: 18:00 – 06:30
Pay Rates:
- Days: £13.83 per hour
- Nights: £15.55 per hour
- Overtime (Time and a Half): £20.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities for a Helpdesk Administrator:
- Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently
- Logging and updating jobs on the helpdesk system
- Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
- Ensuring all requests are handled within agreed timeframes
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements for a Helpdesk Administrator:
- Previous helpdesk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including nights
- A valid DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)
Training:
- Full training will be provided during your first week
