Maintenance Plumber – Hampshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a professional team carrying out plumbing maintenance and repair works across a variety of domestic and commercial properties throughout Hampshire.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, with some flexibility around working hours. The role offers a consistent workload, a company van, fuel card, and no call-out requirement.

Duties

• Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance works
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Carry out inspections to identify issues and prevent further problems
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant paperwork accurately
• Provide excellent customer service when attending properties
• Work independently and manage a schedule of allocated jobs

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Gas Safe (Domestic) preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in maintenance plumbing or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fault finding
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence required
• Commitment to health and safety and high-quality workmanship
