Maintenance Plumber – Hampshire
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a professional team carrying out plumbing maintenance and repair works across a variety of domestic and commercial properties throughout Hampshire.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, with some flexibility around working hours. The role offers a consistent workload, a company van, fuel card, and no call-out requirement.
Duties
- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance works
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Carry out inspections to identify issues and prevent further problems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Complete job sheets, reports, and relevant paperwork accurately
- Provide excellent customer service when attending properties
- Work independently and manage a schedule of allocated jobs
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
- Gas Safe (Domestic) preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in maintenance plumbing or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fault finding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Commitment to health and safety and high-quality workmanship
