Experienced Carpenters – Passive Fire Protection Team
Central London | Full-time | £300 per day
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our Passive Fire Protection Department, working across Central London and surrounding areas.

You will need to have your van for this role – The client will offer a van if you do not have one but a small charge will be deducted from the day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake repairs to existing fire-rated doors and door sets
- Install new fire doors and frames to required specifications and standards
- Ensure work is carried out in line with current fire safety regulations and compliance
- Accurately record work completed and maintain job documentation
- Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a carpenter/joiner – minimum 5 years
- Strong understanding of fire door construction, installation, and repair
- Ability to work from drawings/specifications with minimal supervision
- Fire compartmentation experience is desirable but not essential – training can be provided
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Must be punctual, professional, and presentable
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
- Own tools
- Right to work in the UK
