Our client, a highly respected industry leader with over 40 years of excellence, is seeking an M&E Engineering Supervisor for a flagship commercial office building located just steps from Victoria Station.
In this pivotal role, you will support the fit-out phase and transition into full operations, helping to establish engineering standards, oversee contractor activity, and ensure the smooth functioning of critical M&E systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee power isolation/restoration and issue Permit to Work (PTW) to contractors.
- Support fit-out contractors during the post shell & core handover stage.
- Assist in commissioning activities, training, and operational setup of the building.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and management to coordinate planned works.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance and permit records for internal teams and subcontractors.
- Investigate system faults and provide clear root cause analysis reports.
- Step in to support hands-on maintenance when project activity is low.
- Drive process improvements and promote smarter, safer working practices.
What You’ll Need:
- ✅ City & Guilds Electrical Installation Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent apprenticeship)
- ✅ 18th Edition (BS7671 Wiring Regs)
- ✅ C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
- ✅ ACoPs L8 (Legionella Awareness)
- ✅ IOSH qualification
- ✅ Strong HVAC/building services knowledge (Critical Environment experience preferred)
- ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
