Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £48,000 – Liverpool Street
Location: Liverpool Street, City of London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well-established building services company. Based in a high-profile commercial office near Liverpool Street, this role offers an excellent salary, generous overtime, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and lighting systems
- Fault-finding and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems
- HVAC plant maintenance, including pumps and associated equipment
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 18th Edition and 2391 Testing & Inspection
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services
- Good working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and building services equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
