Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for an electrically qualified professional (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship level) who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned engineers while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
You must have Electrical qualifications and worked within the FM Maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
🔹 Fault finding & troubleshooting
🔹 Conduct emergency light & fire alarm testing
🔹 Maintain plant rooms, pumps, and motors
🔹 Service air handling units & fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
🔹 Carry out general plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
🔹 Maintain up-to-date maintenance logbooks
🔹 Handle client-facing responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Electrically qualified (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship)
✔ Hardworking & eager to learn
✔ Previous experience in commercial building maintenance (preferred)
✔ Strong communication & client-facing skills
✔ Ability to provide relevant trade certificates
