Join a Modern Landmark Development We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased) with strong mechanical knowledge to join a specialist engineering team supporting one of London’s newest state-of-the-art commercial developments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, high-spec building environment, maintaining advanced plant equipment and building systems while ensuring the smooth and safe operation of critical facilities.
You will become part of a professional and collaborative engineering team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building systems
- Maintain and service critical plant including:
- Combined Heat & Power (CHP) systems
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Diesel generators
- Chillers
- Air handling systems
- Building Maintenance Units (BMU)
- Diagnose faults and implement effective repair solutions to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures
- Support the day-to-day operational performance of the building alongside a skilled engineering team
What We’re Looking For
- Electrically qualified engineer with mechanical knowledge of building services plant
- Experience within commercial building services, facilities management, or maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- A proactive team player with a professional and reliable approach
