Senior Air Conditioning Engineer (Data Centre)

Basic salary £65k + £6,500 bonus

We are currently seeking a Senior Air Conditioning biased specialist Air Conditioning Engineer to work direct for a leading Data Hosting company in the NW London area, that can offer career stability and progression within a rapidly expanding and career proofing industry. The established Data hosting company has a very steady team, and the vacancy has only become available because they are looking to self-deliver their specialist Air Conditioning maintenance and repair requirements.

This will suit a Senior Engineer looking to get off the road, you will need to be technically astute, and to have good hands-on experience of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to “Critical Close Control” Air Conditioning Systems. Applicants must have full refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications, including a current F-Gas Cat 1 certificate. Engineers should also have worked within Data Centre or Banking environments, which has enabled them to build extensive hands-on ability in this critical field. Air Conditioning engineers applying for this role must have a good working knowledge of CRAC units, large commercial water chillers, cooling towers and packaged A/C units from all the major manufacturers. It is also essential to be proactive within your approach towards the role.
