Maintenance Operative (Temporary)
Location: Central Southampton | Free Parking
We are seeking a Maintenance Operative / Facilities Assistant / Handyman to join our team on a temporary contract in central Southampton. This is a hands-on role carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- General building and site maintenance
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Basic carpentry and general DIY tasks
- Supporting the wider facilities team as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman work
- Practical skills across plumbing, carpentry, decorating, or general repairs
- A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach
